Definitive maps

  • Representing applicants for definitive map modification orders, including parish councils and voluntary organisations at public inquiries
  • Representing objectors to modification orders at public inquiries
  • Acting as a witness on documentary evidence for a surveying authority

Changes to rights of way

  • Acting on behalf of applicants for public path diversion orders under both the Highways Act 1980 and the Town and Country Planning Act 1990
  • Representing objectors to public path, school special extinguishment and rail crossing extinguishment orders

Commons

  • Providing advice to an applicant for a development consent order on the suitability of the land proposed to be provided as exchange land for common land to be taken for the proposed development
